Cook an onion in oil. Add meat and other ingredients.
2. Filling in the jelly roll
Make omelet from the prepared eggs. Peel plastic from poultry sausages.
Split meat mixture into 4 equal pieces and form them as shown in the picture.
Place two pieces on kitchen board sprinkled with breadcrumbs and cover them with omelet and sausages as displayed in this picture. Take small pieces of the mixture from the remaining two parts, use them to cover omelet and sausages and form loaves.
unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)
Coat the loaves in breadcrumbs and form them based on the picture. Place them in the baking tin with butter at the bottom.
Bake jelly rolls at 390°F (200°C) for one and half hour, during baking pour water in to prevent jelly rolls from burning or cracking.
