Finely chop two bigger onions and cook them in olive oil until red.
fresh yeast 3.5 oz (100 g)
Add crumbled yeast cubes and let them reboil for a minute and melt.
semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Pour over with milk, stir and let it heat.
breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Sprinkle tenuous mixture in the pan with two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, stir to prepare medium dense substance.
At the end blend beaten eggs in with dried vegetable mix and ground red pepper. Cook for a while until the mixture loses its liquidity, but not too much so that it remains spread and not stiff and dry.
