semi hard cheese3.5oz100grams
zucchini1.8lb800grams

 

Recipe

1. Preparation of zucchini

zucchini 1.8 lb (800 g)  olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Wash the zucchini (the most suitable is a large zucchini), peel, cut into wheels.

2. Coating

flour medium 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  breadcrumbs 3.5 oz (100 g)

Prepare the ingredients for the coating (flour, eggs, breadcrumbs).

3. 

semi hard cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  salami, mortadella 3.5 oz (100 g)

Salt slice of zucchini, put a slice of salami and a slice of cheese on it.

4. Fry

rapeseed oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Coat the zucchini first in flour, then in an egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the zucchini.
