To prepare homemade cutlets, we need chicken breasts, the best ones are from chickens raised in farms.
Take washed chicken breasts and soak them in milk for 24 hours.
Season them with salt, coat them in fine flour, then put them in beaten egg and at the end in sifted bread crumbs. Fry them in hot oil.
