Recipe

toasted bread 1.3 lb (600 g) • unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g)
Cut sandwich bread into cubes and cook them in butter.

Put them in a deep bowl.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • salt 0.5 tsp • ground nutmeg • egg yolk 3 pcs
Mix salt, a pinch of nutmeg and egg yolks in milk.

Split the mixture into halves. Form cylinder from each half and cover it with kitchen foil brushed with butter.

Steam dumplings for 20 minutes. You can even use steamer. Serve them warm, cut into rounds.
