Tasty dumpling from sandwich bread as a side dish.

Cut sandwich bread into cubes and cook them in butter.
Put them in a deep bowl.
Mix salt, a pinch of nutmeg and egg yolks in milk.
parsley leaves 1.5 oz (40 g)
Pour it over the bread, mix and stir chopped parsley leaves in.
egg white 3 pcs
At the end stir in dense foam beaten from egg whites.
Split the mixture into halves. Form cylinder from each half and cover it with kitchen foil brushed with butter.
Steam dumplings for 20 minutes. You can even use steamer. Serve them warm, cut into rounds.
