Popular classic delicacy from beef, baked in the oven. Serve, as usual, with rice.

beef shank 1.3 lb (600 g)  Dijon mustard 4 tsp  chicken egg 2 pcs  smoked bacon 2.75 oz (80 g)  pork sausages 4 pcs  smoked bacon 3.5 oz (100 g)  sterilized sour cucumber  salt

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut into quarters. Wash the meat, cut it into slices and pound it. Salt the meat and spread with mustard. In the middle put a slice of bacon, sausages, quarters of eggs and pieces of cucumbers.

Wrap and use wooden skewer to fix.

salt  ground black pepper  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp  water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Place the meat parts in a baking dish, salt, sprinkle with spices, flour and add water.

Bake covered for 1 minute at 200°C.
