1. 

rye flakes 1 oz (30 g)  raisins 1 oz (30 g)  water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Pour water over the flakes, add washed raisins, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2. 

whole milk 3.5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)  ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp

Add milk, cinnamon and cook for another 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

3. 

apples 3.5 oz (100 g)

Wash the apples and grate roughly with the skin.

4. 

flax seeds 1 tsp  walnuts

Mix together with ground flax seeds into a porridge. When serving, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
