Rye porridge with apples

Pour water over the flakes, add washed raisins, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add milk, cinnamon and cook for another 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
apples 3.5 oz (100 g)
Wash the apples and grate roughly with the skin.
Mix together with ground flax seeds into a porridge. When serving, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
