water6.75tbsp100milliliters

1. 

onion 8.75 oz (250 g)  pork lard 1 oz (30 g)

Peel onion and chop it finely. Put it in a pot with lard and slowly cook until it becomes golden.

beef tripe 1.5 lb (700 g)

Add parboiled tripes, ...

salt 1.5 tsp  ground red paprika 3 tsp

... salt and ground red pepper. Stir.

4. 

water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  dried chili pepper 3 pcs

Pour water in, add small dried chili peppers and braise covered for 30 minutes.

Dumplings recipe

Cook dumplings and serve. If you cook dumplings based on our recipe in ingredients, we recommend to cook them from half ratio.
