Amazing dessert with cream cheese and sour cream soaked into the coffee biscuits.

whipping cream (30-33% fat)2.1cup500milliliters

1. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Whip whipping cream into firm peaks.

2. 

soft curd 1.1 lb (500 g)  powdered sugar 5 tbsp

Blend the cream cheese and sugar into the whipping cream.

3. 

long biscuits (ladyfingers) 5.25 oz (150 g)

Spread a little of cream over the bottom of cake pan. Place biscuits on the cream.

4. 

black coffee ¾ cup (200 ml)  whisky 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)

Prepare strong coffee with a little of alcohol. After it is cooled, with table spoon pour over the first layer. Set aside rest of the coffee for second layer of biscuits.

5. 

Spread half of remaining cream over the biscuits.

6.

Place second layer of biscuits on the cream.

7. 

Pour remaining coffee over the second layer of biscuits.

8. 

Spread rest of cream over the second layer of biscuits.

9. 

cocoa powder 1 tbsp

Through the fine sieve sprinkle the cake with thin layer of cocoa.
