minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.75 tsp  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  vegetable salt 0.25 tsp  marjoram 0.5 tsp  garlic 2 cloves  chicken egg 1 pc  white pastry 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5%

Mix minced meat with salt, pepper, red pepper, vegetable salt, marjoram, crushed garlic, egg and rolls in milk soaked and then squeezed.

Shape the balls from the meat mixture, which you coat in breadcrumbs.

3. 

Fry the rissoles in a sufficient amount of oil to fry well from both sides for about 5 minutes.

4. 

Let the fried rissoles drip from the oil on a paper napkin.
