minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 1.5 tsp • ground black pepper 0.75 tsp • ground red paprika 0.5 tsp • vegetable salt 0.25 tsp • marjoram 0.5 tsp • garlic 2 cloves • chicken egg 1 pc • white pastry 2 pcs • semi skimmed milk 1,5%
Mix minced meat with salt, pepper, red pepper, vegetable salt, marjoram, crushed garlic, egg and rolls in milk soaked and then squeezed.

Fry the rissoles in a sufficient amount of oil to fry well from both sides for about 5 minutes.

Let the fried rissoles drip from the oil on a paper napkin.
