Wholemeal noodles with zucchini

pasta -wholewheat noodles 7 oz (200 g) • water • salt 1 tsp
Cook the pasta for 2 minutes in boiling salt water, remove from the heat, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

zucchini 10.5 oz (300 g) • sea salt with seaweed 0.5 tsp
Wash the zucchini, cut, add to the onion, salt, mix and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
