1. 

oat flakes 8.75 oz (250 g)  water 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Mix oat flakes with water and soak them for 30 minutes.

2. 

chicken egg 2 pcs  cream curd cheese 1.75 oz (50 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground garlic 1 tsp  baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 oz (12 g)

Separate egg yolks from the whites and blend them in the oat flakes. Add cream cheese, salt and granulated garlic. At the end gently stir in baking powder and egg whites foam.

3. 

Pour the dough into smaller greased and floured form. Bake 60 minutes at 355°F (180°C).
